This year Curaçao had the honor to host the 16th Caribbean Shipping Executive Conference 2017 which took place at the Renaissance Resort & Casino from May 8th until May 10th. During this conference, the delegates from the Caribbean and the Caribbean region had the opportunity to join in  maritime related seminars and workshops by well-known speakers in this vibrant industry who shared their knowledge and experience on topics covering among others growth opportunities, cyber security, regulations and standards, value deployment and current trends in the shipping industry. Social evening events provided a welcoming stage for networking with industry leaders while the spousal program and the port tour showcased our island and port.
